I put general aspect benefits and such in spoiler boxes, described basic acrobatics, etc to make it easier to pick up the character. Anyway, change whatever you want:

Backstory: Nothin' special; Jack was just some young punk filching small change on the streets. Now he's not so young, and not so interested in small change.

Abilities
Jack be Nimble - Jack has the equivalent of basic acrobatics training. (Honing muscles, developing good balance and general acrobatic ability, etc. Also enables him to do complex acrobatic stunts
(flips, etc), but not while doing other things. (Warrior Prodigy bonus Minor)
Jack be Quick - Jack has cultivated the ability to propel himself across the ground with a burst of magical energy, although him to dash 10' in the time it takes the average person to take a step. Usable once every four posts. This doesn't allow him to maneuver (swing a sword, etc) any faster than normal. (1 Minor)
Aspect: Fire Branded
Lord of Flames - Jack has no need for candlesticks.

Stealth Tactics - 0/5 BP
Lvl 0. Wielding stealth and misdirection in battle benefits from a more general understanding of deception, and it is common for those who follow this path to be rather surreptitious. Jack is no exception, and thus possess the equivalent of basic stealth training.
Subtle Hands - Jack's always been good with his hands, and has had more than a little practice. (Slight of Hand skills, effective cost 90g)
> Jack can easily pick up small objects with his hand, hide items in his sleeves or pockets, and/or withdraw items from his sleeves/pockets without notice.
> He's also capable of shifting items from hand to hand, making them disappear by secreting them anywhere on his person.

Lvl 1 - Ignite - Snap your finger to cause a very small intense burst of heat in a spot you are looking at. Can be used to start a small fire if used on highly flammable materials.
Lvl 2 - Fireball - Summon into your hand a semi-solid ball of flame that can be thrown. On impact it explodes with the force of an average Strong punch.
Lvl 3 - Torch - Release from your fingertip a 2" jet of intense flame capable of cutting through metal over time.
Weapons
Firesnakes - A pair of 2' long short-swords made of a reddish steel, with a snake motif on both hilts. In bracer form they look like metal serpents wrapped around the wearer's arms.
> Coiling Serpents Both blades can transform to and from bracer form, slithering into position in a brief flash of harmless fire.
> Fire Eaters Once per seven posts one or both blades can consume a small (~1 cubic feet worth) amount of fire they are brought into contact with. Their wielder may then choose to have blades/bracers become searing hot for four posts. This heat does not effect the wielder and/or their possessions. If the consumed fire had been modified, such as doubled in size by a magical effect, the wielder may choose to also alter one or both blades/bracers the same way for the duration of the effect. (1.5 Minors)
Non-Weapon Magic Items
Shadow Belt(Worn) – A belt whose hidden pouches are lined with enveloping runes to greatly increase their carrying capacity. The openings can stretch enough to fit in objects as thick as a hand. [.5 Minor]
