There is a building in the heart of marine activity in Tiburon, suspiciously veined with a lattice of metal that no other building in the area felt the need for. It has no windows and its door is implausibly made of iron.
This is the West Guard Station and is home to two things.
One is a holding cell equipped with spell dampening shackles.
The other is an irritated desk sergeant who would rather be doing real work, but has instead been assigned to coordinate bounty hunters.
