Lilly wove her way through the grass towards the building, moving with a speed and grace that belied her heritage. She drew close to the outside of the building quite quickly, trying to steer clear of the windows on the outside.

Silkie sees the cask but no person. She looks over towards Kage and pushes air to him to speak "Ball can't fit in window unless moved, it might make noise, Silkie take quick look. I can go through walls. See if clear, then ball come with."
Silkie flys down and hides both the inn and the eye behind some boxes that are near the wall of mill and goes through the wall to take a better look around being very careful not to move too quickly or make any noise.
Ria looks around for anything she can use for a distraction if they needed to create one.. maybe a bag of un-milled oats? She could pretend to be needing to use the unused mill.

Ria had no trouble finding unattended grain. In fact, there was a whole cart full of it outside the windmill.

Silkie spots what looks like their thief pacing back and forth in the ground floor of the windmill. He keeps glancing out the windows, as if waiting for something.

Ria looks at Kage and Lilly and whispers, "Should we create a distraction if he is in there? We all can walk in with some sacks and pretend we need to use it."
Silkie goes out side again and gets a clear view of all three people she pushes air to them saying "I think the thief is in there, alone, ground floor. He seems nervous... looking out the windows a lot. Take squishy ball back, I will look more!" Silkie goes back inside to take a better look around being very careful to avoid the man and his gaze.
Ria whispers, "So... we need to act fast whatever we do.. because it looks like we will have company soon."

He dismissed the eye for now. If he needed it again, he could deal with it later. "Great. I know where the cask is. Also, there is zero chance that he will believe that I am here to process some oats. Maybe Lilly can make a distraction with you while you try to distract him, or burn it to ashes around him. Neither option really seems better to me. But, while you are doing that, I can try to slip around and get up to the cask on the second floor. Any other ideas for a plan?"

Ria thought, " I would prefer not to kill someone unless necessary.. plus if he is a water aspect he could put the flames out... probably. Silkie can make noises and stuff if you need it, or move light things. Just whisper her name then what you need her to do. I can distract... what would you like me to do? I think it would good if two females go in.. maybe one of us pretend we are hurt.. or maybe about to faint.. if he is a water aspect maybe he would help cools us down? or we can bring in the oats and pretend we need to grind them? " Possible excuses went flying through her mind, she was unsure of what to go with.

"Oh! ...well if you want to distract him as women." said Lilly, pulling at the collar of her blouse a little. As she did Ria found herself feeling a small wave of lust, as though someone just her type had walked by.

"I'm sure we could manage that." she added with a smirk.

"I do believe we have found at least the basic plan. I'll go get in position, have silkie tell me if things are needed from me down there. I'll start moving in to get the oil once you ladies begin distracting him. Then, after I get it, we can deal with him. Because bringing him to justice nets us a bonus. Let's get started."

With that he went to slip around the area to get in position under the window where they saw the oil.

Ria feels a suddenly slight rush to the head and gets mildly confused on why that reaction happened. Her face turns red slightly..... What the... F*** just happen...is she suddenly attracted to... No No No.... No time for questions now, she put a mental note in her head to think about this later. " If ANYONE needs another person or help, just whisper to Silkie.... Let's get the show on the road." She walks over to a sack of oats and picks it up. It was heavy, but she could certainly carry it for a short distance. She waited for Lilly to grab hers and let Lilly take the lead since she had no clue what Lilly had in mind, she figured she would just follow cues.

Lilly quickly shifted the position of her baton from her hip to the small of her back. After she picked up her sack of grain she reached out to tousle Ria's hair and warmed her up with fire magics a little. A little discomfort would help her sell this.

The pair walked up to the door and Lilly knocked with the base of her fist.
